16th Olcott Cricket Tournament to be Held in United Arab Emirates on February 22
The 16th edition of the Olcott Cricket Tournament, organized by the Olcott Association in the United Arab Emirates, will take place on February 22 at Sharjah English School Ground, with the participation of eight Olcott schools from the United Arab Emirates.
As an Olcott school, Dharmasoka Collage Past Pupils’ Association in UAE takes immense pride in participating in this prestigious tournament. Our boys’ team, which has won the championship five consecutive times, will compete this year under the leadership of Kasun Maduranga. The team features talented all-rounders such as Pasidu, Sudara, Suraj, Shasika, and Nipun, who have showcased their skills in UAE cricket. Notably, the squad includes three former school team captains, adding significant experience and leadership to the lineup.
Our ladies’ team, who has won the championship three times in a row, will once again compete under the leadership of the talented and experienced player Chehara. With a strong lineup of seasoned players, we aim to defend our unbeaten title and secure another victory.
